Even though „The German Butchery“ was only founded in March 2012 we proud ourselves in looking back at a long history of producing first class meat and deli goods.
Our Masterbutcher and co-founder Patrick was born into a family of traditional German butchers and therefor inherited their secret recipies and love for mouth watering sausages, bacon and Salami.
Being exposed to the trade from a very young age made him a vigilant scholar so it didn’t come as a big surprise when he passed all his butcher exams with flying colours. Feeling commited to the guild and thankful for all the knowledge and joy they brought into his life Patrick has been heavily involved in the guilds work and schooling efforts ever since.
As a member of the German Butcher Guild it’s a given that we are committed to following their strict pruduction guidelines to ensure the highest standards.
