I teach a bi-weekly class at Core Space studio at Ocean's Resort in Tutukaka. It is a class for all ages and abilities with a focus on making yoga fun yet challenging. I am a 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance in Hatha Yoga. I took my teacher training with Yandara Yoga in July 2012 and it was an absolutely amazing life experience.
While my children were young I began studying Remedial Massage, Anatomy and Physiology under William Wareham LMINZ in 2001. After completing my qualification I vowed to never stop learning and I have worked under many great Therapists, expanding my knowledge and refining my technique. As a qualified Massage Therapist with over 10 years experience I will travel to your home or bach on the Tutukaka Coast with my portable table. I am available between 7am - 8pm Monday - Sunday by appointment only.
