Weymouth Congregational Christian Church of Samoa was founded by the Late Pensioned Reverend Finau Lokeni Leupena in 1979 along with fellow members past and present - First and current Faifeau Reverend Siloa Tautai Iosua Lologa and Tiakono's - Liuaana Amituana'i Afioga, The Late Sailusi Fonoti Asomua Toalima, Siaki Lauulu Tulemau, Reverend Petaia Malu Lokeni (EFKS Magele Sisifo), Pelu Sila Esekielu and Kuresa Taei Faavela (East Tamaki EFKS).

中信是一個不分宗派的信心差會，王永信牧師於1961年在美國底特律成立，在一個車房內開始工作。最初以發行《中信》月刊為主，逐漸展開差傳及各樣事工。澳洲中信於1993年在雪梨成立，而紐西蘭區委員會則於1997開始，除文字事工外，亦致力在華人教會中傳遞差傳異象，積極與持守純正信仰的教會及機構合作，以文字和宣教，實踐主耶穌所吩咐傳福音的大使命。經濟來源則全賴個別信徒，及各教會團契的支持。 　 異象傳遞 透過母會“澳洲中信”之大力支持，於紐西蘭地區推廣差傳異象 致力推動華人信徒，向骨肉同胞傳神國救恩。中國人口眾多，冀望華人信徒接上大使命中最後一棒，福音傳揚萬邦 差傳事工 支援澳洲中信所差遣之長期宣教士；現時已建立之工場：維拉港及努美亞 支援紐西蘭之本土宣教士陳偉明及陳羅玉華夫婦所開拓之城鄉宣教事工 組織短宣隊，到各地傳福音 協助沒有華人教會的地方建立教會或團契 舉辦公開差傳聚會 文字事工 免費寄發《中信》月刊，以文字見證救恩；目前在紐西蘭地區由本委員會所寄 發之澳洲版《中信》月刊約4,000份 編印《視野》季刊，報導本會消息及傳遞差傳異象，在紐西蘭地區共派發1,000份 舉辦培訓班 舉辦差傳事工培訓班及短宣訓練班，協助培訓人才，在各教會推動差傳
