Welcome to the Vibrant Health Centre – a natural health clinic and herbal dispensary. We offer consultations for nutritional advice and assistance with medical problems; individual or group education and coaching programmes; hands-on healing (massage, reflexology and Reiki); help with mental and emotional stress; and exercise prescription. I am a wife, mother of two beautiful girls, work a part time job & have started Só Você as my own business from home. Só Você (said Só, as in SOlitary VO, as in voh; CE, as in CEmetery) was created out of my passion for health & fitness, as well as my desire to see people striving to achieve their goals - no matter what these goals may be. I aim to provide affordable opportunities for YOU to achieve more than you ever thought possible. I have been active & involved in sport for as long as I can remember. I have played many sports & enjoy many different forms of physical activity. I am currently focussed on my long distance running, an addiction I obtained after completing my first marathon (Auckland) in 2009. My goal in 2012 is to break 2hr half marathon. I have a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science from WINTEC, Hamilton.
