We are a group comprising of 27 members /business owners-operators who are working together to inform visitors about this little slice of heaven that is Haast - The South West New Zealand World Heritage Area. We are a wild and remote place nestled between the majestic Southern Alps and the Tasman Sea with lush coastal rainforest and endless isolated beaches. We boast a large population of native forest and sea birds including the rare Tokeweka (subspecies of the Brown Kiwi), and Fiordland Crested Penguins. Hector Dolphins can also be spotted from our beaches. We are also a wonderfull recreational area for anglers, sea fishing and hunting.
