There is a customer loyalty programme and discounts for tertiary students on presentation of ID cards. Based in the Education Centre on the corner of Bright & Kahutia St (opposite Plumbing World), The Learning4 Store (Gisborne) has educational resources catering for every child with a fabulous range of interactive games and activities that not only are fun to use but help teach your children important skills. We have posters, educational work books, puzzles, games, flash cards, stationery, task boards, numeracy equipment, certificates, learning aids and so much more. The great staff are in store to assist you in finding the correct product for your child. And it’s not only children we cater for. We have some wonderful Mind Challenge games that are great for all ages and make wonderful gifts for that person who has everything. Learning4 offers a wide range of workshops providing professional development and professional learning opportunities for educators and parents. These are all administered by the Learning4 Store staff and they are happy to answer your queries about upcoming workshops. Gisborne people travelling past 349 Gladstone Road will have noticed a hive of activity over the last few months leading up to the grand opening of Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, Gisborne back in early November. It’s fair to say that even with caring staff, the small size, poor stock selection, and inconvenient location of the previous Gisborne operation sadly let down the high standards that Hunting & Fishing New Zealand store owners set for themselves. Which is why we are delighted that the new owners who have stepped up to the challenge of putting things right for us in Gisborne are none other than Alan and Sharmaine Keys, owners of the quite outstanding Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, Whakatane store. With 21 years of successful retail experience behind them, Gisborne outdoors enthusiasts can look forward to the an awesome new shop, well resourced and operated by a team that brings not only knowledge and expertise in retail, but a passion for the hunting, fishing, camping and tramping the Gisborne/Eastland area has to offer. From the purpose built 450sqm showroom conveniently located right on the main road into Gisborne (from south), Eastland now has the most comprehensive selection of hunting, fishing, camping and clothing items ever on offer in the region. A store feature is the custom built gunroom with a stunning array of firearms and optics. Parking is covered too, right on our doorsteps, front and side. Store staff members have been selected for their experience and attributes. They are all locals who have very good knowledge of the area and have a passion for their chosen field of outdoor activities. The store and team will initially be managed by Tim Woodward, the highly respected Manager of our Whakatane store, with a new Gisborne Manager being trained to take over this role at which point Tim will become the Whakatane/Gisborne Area Manager.
