We are a charitable trust working on warm and healthy homes for all in our community but especially for elderly, for families with young children, for those with medical conditions and for households on low incomes in general.
What we do:
• Installing insulation and heating with higher subsidies for those who cannot afford it with the government subsidies alone. Subsidies are available for all incomes with surpluses from 'regular'' installs going to our charitable programmes.
• Providing free recycled lined or thermal curtains to those cannot afford them, through our Curtain Bank.
• Selling DIY insulation and draught proofing products such as DIY window insulation: similar insulation properties as double glazing but at a fraction of the cost. Products can be purchased in our shop and online.
• Free advice and education through our Award winning Home Energy Advice Centre (individual households) and our Outreach service (community groups).
