The TerraVin estate covers a total of 39 ha at three densely planted sites across the Southern Valleys of Marlborough. An organic farming approach is complemented by some bio-dynamic practices, tailored to the needs of each vineyard.
All of the grapes are hand-harvested to preserve fruit condition and ensure gentle treatment. The Sauvignon Blanc is then wholebunch pressed to give a more textural style and the Pinot Noir is mostly de-stemmed before undergoing fermentation with gentle ‘pigeage’.
