I have been a GP for the last five years - a role that I take pride in doing. As a GP I strongly believe that prevention is the best cure and work with my patients towards achieving this goal. Prior to becoming a GP, I worked in Auckland City, North Shore and Starship Hospitals as a House Surgeon and a Registrar. I have extensive clinical experience in all fields of medicine and surgery, including emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics, gynaecology, ophthalmology, ENT, internal medicine and cardiology. This allows me to manage both acute and chronic medical conditions in the community effectively. I am a fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of GPs.
