Michael Webb is a specialist commercial barrister providing independent advice and representation on commercial, financial market, governmental, insolvency, international, regulatory and securities matters.
He also has extensive experience as a non- executive director of major companies in New Zealand and Australia.
His legal practice focuses on specialist advisory work, strategic and tactical advice, problem solving, negotiation, dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration,expert determination), investigations and inquiries, including on complex or sensitive matters, corporate and financial sector law reform,and the interface between law and public policy.
Michael has been extensively involved in financial sector,commercial and regulatory issues throughout his career.He brings to those subjects experience and expertise as a lawyer, regulator and company director.
