41 Above organises and promotes concerts in Taupo, focusing primarily on the musical tastes of the "over 40s" crowd - blues, country, folk, good old fashioned rock and roll.

We meet 5-8pm on the second Sunday of the month to listen to live music. Usually we have 2 bands perform and admission is $10, or $15 for non members ($5 for students). Reasonably priced food and drinks are available. During the winter we meet from 5-8pm.

Any function requiring a stage and auditorium style seating can be accommodated. Wedding ceremonies have been performed and the stage or social reception of up to 60 can be accommodated.
