Frankly Nails is an owner operated business specialising in Acrylic Nail Application and Waxing Needs. The owner Frankie Lingham is a Senior Qualified Nail Technician with 19 years experience in the industry. Having trained in Brisbane under Terri Kluyver in 1993 Frankie achieved competition level after only 12 months in the Industry and is a multi-award winning Nail Technician, her competition career highlighted by winning the title of Australasian Champion in 1998. Frankie has also trained Nail Technicians in both Australia and New Zealand and has done update courses over the years, including a specialised Acrylic Application Workshop with well known Nail Champion Carl Anderson, of The Nail Zoo in Sydney and East Coast Nails and Beauty in Queensland and an Infectious Disease Control Workshop with the Redland Shire Council of Queensland under their Health Protection Initiative. Frankie has also worked her nail talents on several movies and TV shows. She did the nails for Dugray Scott and all the Vampires in the movie Perfect Creature and also did the acrylic toenails for Anthony Hopkins in the angle-grinder scene in Fastest Little Indian. She has also worked on Yogi Bear and Underbelly and Power Rangers as well as adverts and TV series'. PRICING: (Full Body Spray Tan) $30 (If you come to me) $50 (Auckland City & surrounding central suburbs) $60 (past Takapuna north & past Manukau South) $40pp (If 2 or more people in one spot) $30pp (If 4 or more people in one spot) Preparation is easy! Prior to spray tan: • Exfoliate your body using a loofah in the shower or the exfoliating mitts, at least one day earlier • Shaving should be done 8hrs before • Waxing at least 2 days before • No make-up or moisturizer to be applied • No deodorant to be applied After tan care: • Shower at least 2-8 hours after the tan depending on which one you get. Or the next morning depending on how dark you want your skin to be. • Keep your skin well moisturized daily. • Shaving at least 2 days later (may reduce tan) • Pat dry skin, don’t rub after a shower to extend tan • Exfoliate towards the end of the tan (after about 4-7 days) this will also help to remove tan. • Avoid coming into contact with rain/water until first shower Great for special occasions such as school balls, weddings, hen’s parties, birthdays.
