We also provided training to our staff by moving over at all sites, so that they are capable of performing various duties involved with different clients. This not only helped our staff to test their full potential but also gave them the opportunity to upgrade their skills. Staff turnover and health and safety is paramount to us. In past 4 years, we only had 3 reported injuries and our staff turnover is less than 4% even through the tough economic times. Management deals directly with the staff and clients and there is no red tape procedures. We strongly believe that happy staff is productive staff and ensure that they are well looked after in all aspects.
