Bathroom: toilet, vanity, a really good shower, no bath Smoking: No thank you Pets: By enquiry Minimum Stay: 1 night The studio (sleeps 4) This is available for an additional flat fee of $100 per night or $200 for public holidays Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (ocean views) Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (ocean views) Second bathroom: toilet, vanity, shower The studio isn’t self-contained (there is no kitchen or lounge), but provides the option of additional beds and an additional bathroom if you so choose. It is located immediately next to the house, but does not have internal access from the house. It is not rented separate to the house, therefore there will only ever be one booking staying at the property at one time. It is a brand new renovation in 2011, so modern, stylish and super cosy.
