They are all organic and 100% certified Fair-trade, including our decaf blend. Where ever possible, we serve free-range, organic and fairtrade products. We use Freedom Farm free-range bacon, Zany Zeus organic milk, cream, yoghurt and speciality cheeses, our own organic and licenced fairtrade coffee and we get our eggs from a local, organic, free-range chicken farmer. We endeavour to source as much of our produce locally. Come on out and enjoy our food, coffee and exceptional service!
