There is a growing awareness in New Zealand of the importance of eating natural foods, prepared in the best ways to enhance digestion. There are now many people who are members of the Weston A Price Foundation, using Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon as their favourite cookbook, experimenting with fermented foods, or looking for natural supplements. If you are one of them, you may be having difficulty finding some of the foods or supplements you want.
Or you may be following a special dietary protocol, such as gluten free, casein free, starch free, SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet), GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) or BED (Body Ecology), and be looking for resources.
Our aim at Nature Foods is to help New Zealanders find those hard to find foods, within New Zealand. We don't stock a full range of everything you might need, as many foods are readily available in your area.
