All Grain Home Brewery Supplies was founded in December 2012, initially to supply brewery equipment to the growing number of home brewers in New Zealand. We sourced and imported quality brewing equipment directly from a manufacturing wholesaler in Shanghai. We also decided to stock brewing ingredients; domestic and imported hops from NZ Hops in Motueka, Malted grains from Gladfield Malt in Christchurch and David Cryer Ltd in Auckland, and brewing yeast from Wyeast in the US. This range has expanded recently to include the Mangrove Jack's range of quality products geared towards the extract brewer. We are fussy about the quality of the goods we sell. Anything not up to scratch has not been sent out and if a problem does arise, we've been quick to address the fault and make it right. Very quickly, it became apparent that the business would outgrow the confines of a three bedroom house so we signed a lease for the premises at 22 Downer Street in Lower Hutt. Official opening on the 1st of July was preceded by three frantic weeks of painting, shelving, stocking, tidying, etc. However it was all worth it as the premises is in an excellent location and extremely suited to our needs.
