We are a large club that provides cricket for all ages from primary school children through to the older members of the community, for both Men and Women in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Founded in the 19th century, Waitemata RC is a club with a lot of history, and was the club of Darcy Hadfield, New Zealand's first rowing Olympian. We're now located on the Te Atatu Peninsula, with Brian Hawthorne, ex-national selector and Olympic coach as our head coach. If you're keen to give rowing a try, swing by on Sunday's at 7:00am Ask for Michael Hawthorne - Club Captain/Coach
