We, the Filipino catholic in Wanganui, come together to establish a unifying structure of the Core group. We shall provide the means of achieving participation of the parish and the community mission by giving encouraging, guiding, and directing the various aspects of renewing life. We shall gather together the thoughts and ideas of the community and, together, process these ideas until some general agreement has been reached. We shall then translate this consensus into core group that will provide the stimuli for programs to be carried out by the community. We shall strive to reflect the various elements of the community: Out of love and concern for those whom we serve, we offer our talents, expertise, insights and wide range of experiences. In light of our Christian faith, we shall express the direction of the core group in the priorities we establish, and the goals and objectives we set. Remnant Youth Community is based at Faith City Church A/G Wanganui/Whanganui, New Zealand.

We generally are holding our Sunday services now at the Wanganui Race Course (Purnell Street) - All our other weekly programs and church offices are still located at our Glasgow street premises.
