The Knifeman has been in the knife business for over eight years, professionally trained as a "Moleta" or knifegrinder in Italy and now offering knife rental and sharpening services. Based in Hamilton we travel throughout the North Island with our rental knives. If you require sharpening outside of Hamilton we use a courier pickup/delivery.

Although sharpening steels keep a knife sharp for a period of time, all knives need to be sharpened. There are several stones and sharpening kits available that work well, but there is no substitute for professional sharpening.
