Enjoy this peaceful relaxing location with the surf, reserve, boating, fishing, 9 & 18-hole golf courses, bush walks. Only two blocks from the beach and 100m to cafes and shops . The newly refurbished three bedroom house is fully equipped with quality furnishings. It has, separate toilet, including a refurbished bathroom and a new outdoor shower. The large open plan living area includes a modern well-equipped galley style kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee plunger, cutlery, drink ware and small appliances. There is plenty of seating on the massive summer deck for entertainment for the enjoyment of an evening barbecue.
