Born and bred in Wellington he started life (with his identical twin brother) as a tiny tot in Johnsonville for the first 15 years of his life. He now resides in the well-established area of Khandallah and has been there for the past 13 years. Having lived in Wellington his entire life he has an in-depth knowledge of Wellington and it’s surrounding suburbs.
Colin grew up with humble beginnings. His parents arrived in Wellington from China 30 years ago to start their journey together in a brand new world where they worked hard and diligently to build up their own empire of well-known Chinese Restaurants and Takeaways located in Ngaio and Upper Hutt. Colin thanks his parents for teaching him his hard working ethics and caring attitude towards everyone he meets. Having grown up in New Zealand with Chinese parents, he is proficient with both English and Chinese, meaning he can communicate well with a broader range of people from different cultures. "Colin was by far the best real estate agent in Wellington I dealt with over a 12 month period while we searched for a house. When I first met him and discussed our requirements (zoned for Wellington College AND Wellington girls being the key ones) he created a database of all the properties Harrcourts had which fell within the two zones. At a sweep we could see what the options were. None of the other agents went even near his level of proactivity. I run my own business and with two children my time if precious. Colin would arrange viewings for me at relatively short notice and never suggested/took me to see properties which didn't meet my key requirements. He was the consumate professional; hard-working, ethical and friendly - quite a rarity in the Wellington real estate market!
