Or venture out for activities: there are 2 x mountain bikes for your use, walking tracks and beaches at Mahurangi Regional Park. Historic Puhoi, famous for its pub and cheeses, is less than 10 minutes away. Within 15 minutes, you could be relaxing at the Waiwera thermal pools, or head north to Warkworth to visit the Chocolate Brown chocolaterie, local wineries or the acclaimed Brick Bay sculpture trail.
