MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT: - We have an in house/on call Maintenance Company which deals with any repairs/issues that arise that require attention and can assess any further specialist work that may be required and manage this to ensure your property is kept in tip top shape. INSPECTION REPORTS: - 3 monthly inspection reports are completed and forwarded to you including photographs of any maintenance that is required (especially seasonal) ahead of time for your approval other than urgent matters. This is very important so as to protect your investment to ensure that chimney's are swept, windowsills are kept in good condition, fire alarms are installed, general maintenance and garden work is kept up and the appropriate persons are contracted on your behalf to complete these tasks.
