Come and join us practicing yoga at the Waikuku Beach Hall. Everyone is welcome! Even if you just want to check it out to see if it is for you or not.
This is a casual class so you can just show up, no need to book and you do not need to come to every class (although it is great if you are able to!!).
My yoga style active and energetic. I focus on stretching and strengthening your body so to energise and relax your body and mind.
