ACTIVE MUMS-TO-BE
Fun and relaxed specialised exercise classes for pregnant mums that will keep your body on track throughout pregnancy, and enhance your baby's growth and development. It's also a fantastic way to meet other mums-to-be!
MUMS IN MOTION
An 8-10 week postnatal foundation exercise course utilising Swiss balls, free weights and dynabands to strengthen abdominal and lower back muscles after pregnancy and labour. Also targets arms, thighs and butts. Bring baby along with you and meet other likeminded mums and bubs for fitness, fun, and friendship.
GROUPS IN ACTION
An advanced programme that gives you the chance to meet up with other participants from your Mums in Motion course while at the same time increasing your fitness:
Challenge yourself with more cardiovascular exercise; workout by using various methods of training; participate in both indoor and outdoor exercise activities and take your baby with you; continue to shape, sculpt and create a healthy body; and continue to build relationships with other mums and their babies in a social and supportive environment.
