Matt and Donna (MaD) have been certified and affiliated CrossFit Coaches since 2008. We have trained at more than 70 CrossFit gyms across the globe. We offer functional fitness training using CrossFit methods and a wide variety of exercises and techniques.
We are a CrossFit Endurance Certified Affiliate. MaD CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning Gym in Lower Hutt provides small-group training for all levels, from those who want to get back in shape, lose some excess weight or get more energy; all the way through to serious training for experienced athletes wanting to excel at their specific sport.
