I tend to focus particularly on correct musculo-skeletal alignment and the use of breath to deepen the experience of Meditation in posture and movement, and I have deep faith in the radical healing potential present in yoga practice, expecially when engaged as a daily discipline.
Here at MOVE we specialise in Ballroom and Latin American dance classes. In fact, we are the only Ballroom dance studio north of Whangarei!
Classes run each week in accordance with the school terms.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. And if you don't have a dance partner, don't worry!

Youth Ballroom and Latin - Time TBA
Adult Ballroom and Latin - Monday 7:30-8:30pm
Latin Fit Class - Wednesday 7:30-8:15pm

Youth - $12 per lesson
Adult - $15 per lesson

We also do private lessons and wedding dances at a cost of $60/hour.
We have been operating as a non-profit community facility for the past 17 years. All member subs go straight back into the facility so our members are our greatest beneficiaries. We have a huge range of equipment; circuit, exercise balls, boxing, free weights and Les Mills group fitness classes. Our instructors are a qualified and experienced team who were hired for their friendly manner & their great skill.
Kerikeri Netball Centre - Netball is a high participation sport in Kerikeri and surrounding areas. We have a new complex where netball is played by all ages.
Kerikeri Squash Club is the second largest club in Northland and growing rapidly. The Club has plans for a new centre with four courts including doubles facilities. Visiting players, new and prospective members are most welcome and we encourage everyone to join in our regular fun competitions. Turn up on Wednesday nights from 6.30pm for Club night to meet members and have a hit. Demo racquets are provided.
Junior and Senior Club nights running in the peak season. Fun and serious tornaments running all year long.
