My name is Ben Sexton and have a strong affiliation to both sport and the West Coast. I have Sports Coaching Degree from Canterbury University and have been a coach of various sports and various age groups. Sport is a huge part of my life and I believe that children should be encouraged to play sport to make friends, learn new skills, achieve goals, meet challenges and most importantly have fun.
