I am passionate about letting others know the TRUTH when it comes down to what we put in our mouths. This only came about once I had children. Here I was a qualified nurse, personal trainer and massage therapist, so thought I was doing everything right when it came to health and nutrition. But sadly after much research in trying to find a cure for my youngest daughter Jenna (who had severe eczema and 24 food allergies) I found food-wise I was doing everything wrong. When I was supposedly “healthy†we were sick. Now I am supposedly “unhealthy†and our children and I are well.
I have learnt once you know the TRUTH, our modern diseases become a choice... simple but RADICAL changes are the keys to BETTER HEALTH!

At Rubies we have a selection of quality used items, from clothing for all ages to bedding, jewelery, Household items and treasures. Visitors are welcome to come in and browse and sit and enjoy a complimentary cuppa with fresh home baking.
At Rubies we rely soley on donations so if you have any quality unwanted items we will gladly accept them and these can be left at St Peter's Church Office on a Tues, Wed or Thurs Morning between the times of 9am-noon
