Local residents Mark Hopkins, Jon Baxter and Viv Head have teamed up with chef John Pountney to create an inviting dining room located on the site of the old Montana Winery. A large deck offers outside dining with views over the Waitakere bush.The chefs incorporate their passion for rustic Italian fare, with a regularly changing menu based around fresh, seasonal ingredients.
