The club may train for and compete in cross country, road running, fell running, track and field the club may even branch out into multi discipline sports such as triathlon. The club has two types of membership; full and associate. Full membership is available to anyone who has run at least a half marathon or full marathon, whereas for associate membership, a runner only needs to be able to run. Associate members are also known as Wannabes and are not permitted to wear the official club kit. on completion of their first marathon or half marathon, associate members will be rewarded by becoming a full member and are also able to obtain a commemorative medal from the club.
