Central Butchery was first estabished by Ray and Anne Taylor 30 years ago. Ray and Anne has now passed down the family business to his only son Daniel and wife Chevy. Daniel had been employeed by his father previously but has recently returned from Tauranga where he was butchering for nine years at Bethlehem Butchery. Chevy has come from a financial and management background in retail.
Koos & Sandra Lombard, originally from South Africa, decided to create a typical African Safari Experience on their farm in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
After intensive planning and a lot of hard work, they are now proud to invite you to come and visit their piece of paradise in the subtopical Far North of New Zealand.
Guests are accommodated in spacious Safari Tents and the highlight of the evening is when Koos lights the bonfire in the African boma. Relaxation in "Africa style" .
