I remember when I was young sitting in my great grandmothers kitchen, my grandmothers kitchen and my mothers kitchen watching in awe of them decorate and design cakes, bake and make treats for the family.
While carving and sculpting, icing and decorating one of my first cakes for my cousins birthday I was taken back to those times when I was young, and here is when "Sweetly Sculpted" was born.
I want to honour these women who have inspired, encouraged and cheered me on to design and decorate delicious looking and tasting cakes and treats that come from family recipes, by sharing this knowledge & taste with you.
