Meals are prepared and cooked by Julia in a commercial kitchen, she often uses vegetables and herbs from her own garden at Ohoka, only the finest ingredients are used. Meals are made daily and frozen. They come in dual purpose containers that can be heated in the oven or microwave. Meals are delivered free weekly to Christchurch directly to clients homes, with a minimum purchase of four meals.
