Hi My name is Alison Lythgow and this is my local business called Cake Alicious within Taranaki that specialises in Boutique Designer Cakes. I am self taught and have been icing for 35 years when I started at the age of ten. I love creating stunning cakes and they taste just as devine as they look. I do a range of Wedding Cakes, Celebration Cakes, Christmas Cakes and all cakes in general. The thing is what is different about Cake Alicious is I make most of my designer cakes all from scratch.I sit down with my clients even if it takes over an hour , and discuss what they would like on their cake and then I design it from there. I dont use a whole lot of moulds like other Cake Makers in taranaki so there for mine do not look commercial. I will design your cake and make everything by hand and eatable unless you want diamentes,ribbon or pearls on your cake I have decadent flavours - Here is a few - Chocolate Mud, White Chocolate Dream, Chocolate Black Forest, Baileys Chocolate Mud, Kahlua Chocolate Mud, Whiskey Chocolate Mud, Marble Chocolate Mud, Peppermint Mud, Jaffa Mud, Orange Cake. Cream Cheese Lemon Cake, Orange Poppyseed, Coffee Cake, Lemon and Lim Citrus Mud, Lemon Coconut and White Chocolate, Coconut Malibu Cake, Mocha Whipped Cream Truffle Cake, Chocolate Hazelnut Sour Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse and Raspberry and White Chocolate Truffle. I have a speciality range of cupcakes i produce - they are very popular with 21st celebrations and childrens birthdays. The prices vary on Size, Detail and Flavour. And a minimum of 12 cupcakes per order. It would be more of a convenience if you contacted me to arrange an appointment. I am flexible with hours and just to let future clients know that I need a minimum of four days to produce your fabulous creation. Prices vary depending on Size, Flavour and Detail.
