NCEA for Youth
Overview
This programme is designed for youth to complete their NCEA Levels 1 and 2 which will provide the foundations for their career path. Initially, a career assessment will support the completion of an individualised action plan. This will assist in developing an independent programme that will include core employment skills and other areas of interest to the individual.
Opportunities are available to complete other national certificates, industry qualifications and skills; for example barista, food safety, computing, tourism, hospitality and administrations skills.

Overview
This programme will assist in your career direction by providing an individualised plan to get you to your next step. You may desire to prepare for entry into polytechnic or get valuable service skills to be more employable. Your direction may include a wide range of opportunities, from improving communication and computing skills to gaining barista and food safety qualifications. If you don’t know your direction, then we can assist with a career assessment to support you to achieve the right direction for you.
Service Sector Direction
Overview
This programme offers hands on experience to gain or refresh valuable customer service skills. You will need to be able to work independently and have sound time management skills, while your programme is focused on skills, you will also have the opportunity to gather industry qualifications in barista, food safety and Licensed Controller Qualifications.
