Pukerua Bay Community Preschool is located in the Plunket Rooms next to the library in Wairaka Reserve in Pukerua Bay. It is a peaceful setting surrounded by native bush.
We are a small family orientated kindergarten where parents are welcome to spend time and become involved in the sessions. 13 children attend each session aged mainly from 18 months to 4 years. Our hours are from 8.50am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
We have a great environment for younger children to grow, explore, discover and most importantly have fun. Many of our children feed into Pukerua Bay kindergarten with which we have a close relationship.
Parents are very supportive of the teachers and the kindergarten. They speak highly of the service it provides to the community and feel welcome and able to spend time at sessions. Many have maintained a long-standing association with the facility and look forward to continuing this in the future.
