On the 20th of July 2011 there will be a charity Gospel concert held at the TelstraClear Event Centre in support of Canteen to raise funds to aid teenagers who are living with cancer. This event will allow the community to gather through fellowship and music for a great cause. It will also allow the many Canteen teenagers to experience a positive fun-filled night of good music and meet some of their musical idols.
With any charity event, its success relies on the goodwill of the community and those willing to put up their hand to take part and offer what they can. We are currently seeking support from our communities to fund this event and all proceeds received will go towards Canteen.
