We teach age and developmentally appropriate Ballet Tap & Modern technique classes from a syllabus that allows younger students more time for movement exploration while providing advanced students with the tools to become professional dancers, if they so choose. As a result, all of our students develop self-esteem, self-discipline, and a strong fitness level that will provide a powerful edge in any future endeavor. Dance Courses Available We teach from the BTDA syllabus the following Genres. BALLET TAP MODERN LYRICAL ACROBATIC CONTEMPORARY NATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS We also teach from the NZAMD syllabus in Jazz and Tap All students are encouraged to sit for exams once they are ready and all students perform in the end of the year Show.

Interested in Gardening or Art- well this is for you, A diverse selection of gardens throughout Whangarei city are on display on the 20th November 2011. Each garden features a different reccomended local artist, displaying art from pottery to designer bird boxes. There is a very wide selection of art exhibited, something for everyone. Not only is the art on display it is also for sale, so if you see something you like and want an early christmas present for yourself or others, art can be purchased directly from the artist. The proceeds go to the artists. Around eight different unique gardens to explore. Each ticket includes a Devonshire tea, a scone and a cup of tea or coffee. Come out for a relaxed sunday. Bring the family and friends. Light lunch available at one of the venues. Disabled parking available at each venue, most gardens have wheelchair access. Tickets are $20.00. Purchases of four or more Tickets are discounted to $15.00 each. Tickets are available from October the 20th from all Whangarei Garden Centres. Tickets will include a map of each gardens location, details of the local artists and the venues which provide the Devonshire Tea, light lunch and toliets. Tickets will also be avilable at the venues however only by contacting us with all details prior to arrival - payment at the venues will be cash only. Tickets brought at Whangarei Garden Centre will accept all payment methods. Proceeds from this years Garden and Art Ramble are to be split between The Whangarei Hospice and The Whangarei Salvation Army Food Bank.
