Beautiful hand made one off pieces have been selected for your consideration, including jewellery, pottery, ceramics, woodwork, weaving and authentically carved green stone and bone carving from our traditional Maori taonga carvers. Christine Rabarts holds a Diploma in Art and Creativity with ‘Honours’ and has been an exhibiting artist throughout New Zealand and internationally. Christines involvement with art has been lifelong, taking a break when her children were young, but now enjoys many aspects of art. She has worked with mediums such as drawing, oil, mixed media, clay sculptures, and photography and enjoys visual merchandising. Currently Christine is merging her interest and extending her experience to include graphic design. Having exhibited her work at the prestigious ‘Florence Biennale’, Italy in December 2007, Christine intends to return and exhibit her work in Florence again and take up the offer of a selection of Contemporary Art Galleries in Europe to profile and represent her work.
