Rock Solid New Brighton, 2012

111 Seaview Road, New Brighton, Christchurch ,
Youth Alive Trust has been running Rock Solid for years and is well known in the New Brighton community. It is a weekly club ran by group of staff, volunteers and junior leaders who want to put something back into their community. We will do in-house events, as well as some outings, joint events with other Rock Solid Clubs and also a couple of camps throughout the year - so get ready for some wild, zanney, funky times! All leaders are a part of Grace Vineyard Church, and each night a leader shares a non threatening Christian based thought or challenge. Rock Solid runs every Friday from 4:30 - 6:00pm, giving you time to go home after school, get changed, have a snack and arrive after the doors open at 4:20pm. Some nights may finish later, but we’ll let you know! Our offices and programs are based at Grace Vineyard: Beach Campus, 111 Seaview Road. For Term 1 we are only charging $10 which includes outings, in-house programs & activity costs!!! CHEAP!! We’re only able to do this because of the sponsors and supporters of Youth Alive Trust, such as Christchurch City Council, Canterbury Community Trust, Lotteries, and general donations. For info about becoming a financial support, see our website. We have limited places for Rock Solid due to staff and transport. We want to run a program based around fun personal group dynamics, not just focused on crowd control. Key leader, Amber is supported by James, Kirsten and a number of other leaders all of which have experience in running children's youth programs, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
